Amy Winton is the owner of Next Level, a company dedicated to creating interactive training programs for the hospitality industry since August 2004. Previously, Winton worked as a bartender at City Grill/Next Door, a fine dining establishment known for fresh ingredients and high-end sushi, from July 2004 to December 2005. Winton's extensive experience in the restaurant industry began at Burnsy's Bar & Grill, where from May 1997 to November 2001, skills were developed in various roles including server, bartender, and manager under the mentorship of Jim. Additionally, Winton served as the head server and trainer at All Star Cafe in Hawaii for a brief period in 2000. Winton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology/Sociology from Peru State College, obtained between 1995 and 1999.
