Andy Davidson

Andy Davidson has a strong background in construction and development. Andy is currently serving as the President of Next Phase Construction Inc. since 2022. Prior to this role, they were with Anton DevCo, Inc., where they held various positions such as Managing Partner, President of Development and Construction, and Vice President of Construction. During their time at Anton DevCo, Inc., they were responsible for overseeing construction operations and managing the process from site design to physical construction. Davidson also served as the RMO and license holder for Anton Building Company, the in-house General Contractor for Anton Development Company. In addition, they were directly responsible for land acquisition and development in Southern California. Before joining Anton DevCo, Inc., Davidson worked as the Vice President of Construction for St. Anton Partners, where they oversaw construction operations and was involved in the construction and rehabilitation of thousands of residential units throughout California.

Andy Davidson earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Real Estate and Land Use Affairs, from California State University-Sacramento between 2005 and 2007.
