Ashik Mistry is an accomplished Lead QA Automation Engineer with extensive experience in software quality assurance and automation, currently employed at Next since June 2019. Ashik has proficiently utilized tools such as Azure DevOps, Browserstack, Specflow, Selenium, and Nunit to create and maintain automated tests and optimize testing frameworks. Ashik has also played a crucial role in training teams and integrating automation processes across various business areas. Prior to this, Ashik held positions ranging from Director at ABM Networks Ltd to various roles at Qualitest, including Senior Software Test Consultant, and worked on significant projects in the financial and retail sectors. Ashik's educational background includes a degree in Computer Networks from Sheffield Hallam University and a City & Guilds Diploma in Electrical Installation.
