Charlotte Bailey

Charlotte Bailey is an experienced Footwear Technologist with a career spanning over a decade in various roles within the footwear industry. Currently serving as a Children's Footwear Technologist at Next since August 2012, Charlotte has developed expertise in fitting, last development, grading, pattern cutting, technical specifications, testing, and factory auditing. Prior experience includes roles as an Assistant Footwear Technologist focusing on boys' footwear and a Trainee Footwear Technologist at Sainsbury's, where responsibilities included overseeing the sealing process for various footwear categories. Additional experience encompasses freelance work in footwear design and various roles in customer service and sales. Charlotte holds a BA in Footwear Design from De Montfort University and has gained practical experience through work placements and internships.
