Mark Badger

Mark Badger is a results-driven product owner with extensive experience in digital product management and strategy. They began their career as a sales associate at Dwell UK from 2011 to 2013 and later served as a senior sales consultant at Feather & Black until 2015. From 2015 to 2017, Mark worked as a bank assistant at Virgin Money before transitioning to an assistant digital trading manager at Halfords, followed by roles in product ownership. Currently, Mark is the lead product owner at Next, where they have been since 2025, following a position as a digital product owner from 2024 to 2025. They hold a BA Hons in Art and Design from Birmingham City University, completed in 2012.
