Sarah Summers has extensive experience in human resources and talent development, with a career spanning from 1994 to the present at Next. Currently serving as a Talent and Development Partner, Sarah has held various roles including Regional HR Officer and Human Resources Assistant since January 2018. Prior to this, Sarah dedicated over 16 years to training and development at Next, advancing from Procedures Training Officer to Training and Development Manager. Educationally, Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Modern Languages (French and German) from the University of the West of England, obtained from 1989 to 1993.
