Steve Teatum

Steve Teatum serves as the Head of Group Loss Prevention at Next since October 2017, overseeing loss prevention functions across 18 Warehouse and Distribution sites, 500 retail stores, and various brands including Victoria’s Secret UK, GAP UK, and Bath & Body Works UK, while managing approximately 400 colleagues. Prior to this role, Teatum held the position of Head of Loss Prevention for Clintons from June 2015 to February 2017, where focus was on protecting assets within a multi-channel retail environment. Teatum also served as Regional Loss Prevention Manager at Asda from October 2011 to February 2015, part of the Wal*mart family, and was the Head of Loss Prevention for Netto within the UK from October 2007 to October 2011, managing operations for discount supermarkets. Educational background includes A Levels in Design and Technology from Balby Carr, completed in July 1994.
