Steven Smith

Steven Smith is an experienced developer currently at Next since June 2021, having previously served as a Senior Analytical Team Leader at GI Insight and as a Business Intelligence & Insight Manager at the Chartered Management Institute. In these roles, Steven managed teams of analysts, generated engaging dashboards for key performance indicators, and conducted international market analysis to foster partnerships. Earlier experience includes working as a Business Analyst and Test Analyst at Dunelm and British Gas Business respectively, where Steven was instrumental in enhancing customer advocacy through data analysis and managing test processes for system implementations. Steven holds a strong background in business process design, requirements elicitation, and account management, coupled with a foundational education from Groby Community College.
