Are you in a restructuring wondering whether your role survives the next round?

Are you watching a new hire arrive above you with no clarity on what it means for your position?

Are you performing at a level that should have led to promotion two cycles ago?

Are you holding a counter-offer and unsure whether it is retention or a managed exit?

Are you about to resign but unsure whether your timing protects your deferred compensation?

Has your sponsor left without replacement?

If you recognise yourself in any of these, I understand the position you are in. I have been on the other side of these decisions.

I have sat in calibration rooms where promotion outcomes were pre-aligned before review cycles. I ran total reward for 24,000 technology employees at UBS, supported C-level executives, designed retention and exit packages, and led Technology HR through a major bank merger across 13,000 professionals.

I know how these decisions are made because I operated the systems behind them.

Most senior professionals respond in ways that reduce their leverage. They work harder, wait for clarity, ask HR what their options are, or accept the first offer that provides relief.

These feel productive. They are not.

Silence during restructuring is read as acceptance. Missed budget cycles do not reopen. Poorly sequenced resignations leave money visible only in hindsight.

What changes with the right advisory.

You understand the criteria being applied. You know which conversations to have and in what sequence. Your financial exposure is mapped. You move from reacting to positioning.

Next Position Advisory supports senior professionals navigating restructuring, promotion, compensation, retention offers, and exits.

This is not coaching. You bring the situation. I assess your position, map your leverage, identify risk, and build a sequenced plan.

Start with a Decision Call. CHF 350. 45 minutes. Written observations within 48 hours.
