Felipe Osti

Felipe Osti is an experienced professional in product management with a strong background in leading strategic initiatives and driving product delivery. Currently serving as the Head of Product Management at Next Reason since March 2022, Felipe has achieved a 24% reduction in time to market and has led the productization of a CIAM solution that serves over 20 million users. Previously, Felipe worked at CI&T for nearly 15 years, holding roles such as Senior Product Manager and Senior Manager of Products, where responsibilities included end-to-end leadership in product strategy, delivery, and governance, along with managing large teams and ensuring high-quality outcomes. Felipe's career began as a Software Developer at Mancini. Felipe holds a Master of Technology degree in Web Software Development from UFSCar.
