Michael Haller has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Michael started their career as a Banquet Server at The Inn at Virginia Tech and Skelton Conference Center in 2015, where they were responsible for setting up tables, serving meals, and cleaning up after events. In 2016, they worked at Fisher's Popcorn as a Popcorn Maker, where they made various types of popcorn, operated the cash register, and maintained cleanliness of the store. During the same year, they also interned at the Residential Leadership Community as an Academic Enrichment Chair, overseeing classes and academic activities for members. In 2017, they worked as a Sales and Marketing Associate at Bozzuto for a brief period. Michael returned to Bozzuto in 2018, taking on the role of a Sales and Marketing Associate and later as a Multi-Site Specialist. In 2021, they joined Rohde & Schwarz as a Business Analyst I, and in 2022, they became a Software Developer at Next Rev Technologies, where they currently work.

Michael Haller attended Poolesville High School from 2010 to 2014, where they completed the Global Magnet Program and obtained their High School degree. Subsequently, from 2014 to 2018, they attended Virginia Tech, majoring in Hospitality and Tourism Management (HTM) & Business Information of Technology (BIT). During their time at Virginia Tech, Michael Haller obtained a certification in Delphi in March 2015.
