Dave Little

Dave Little has extensive work experience in product development and research and development. Dave currently holds the role of VP of Product Development at Next Science. Prior to this, they worked at Medtronic as the Senior Director of Research and Development, where they were responsible for developing new products and supporting existing product lines. In addition, they held the position of Director of R&D, Mechanical Engineering, where they managed multiple engineering groups and developed relationships with outside design firms. Before their time at Medtronic, Dave worked at Synthes as the Director of Product Development, Trauma, where they managed various product development groups and supported existing products. Dave also held the role of Group Manager, where they launched numerous new products and trained new engineers and product managers. Dave's earlier experience includes working at ICI Explosives as a Lead Development Engineer, designing and developing small electroexplosive devices and airbag igniters.

Dave Little has pursued higher education in the field of Mechanical Engineering. Dave holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering (MSE) from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSE) from Temple University.
