Jon Swanson

Jon Swanson is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Next Science. Prior to this role, Jon worked at McKinsey & Company as a Senior Practice Expert in the Advanced Operations Group. Jon has also held various leadership positions at Medtronic, where Jon drove continuous improvement, increased profits, and developed new product development processes. Earlier in their career, Jon served as a Lieutenant Commander in the US Navy, where Jon led operations and port visits across Europe. Jon holds a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Florida and a Bachelor's in Mathematics from the United States Naval Academy.
