Next Sequence®

Finn Hatherell is a seasoned venture partner with extensive experience in growth consulting and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Venture Partner at Next Sequence® since December 2024, Hatherell also held a similar position at BVP from February 2023 to May 2025. As the founder of Gradlife from January 2021 to April 2023, Hatherell demonstrated strong leadership and innovative capabilities. Previous roles include growth consultant positions at Strike and Plynk, as well as growth responsibilities at Tilt.com in Ireland. Hatherell's early leadership experience includes serving as President and Events Coordinator for the Trinity Investors Society and contributions to the Trinity Economic Forum. Hatherell holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Geography from Trinity College Dublin, completed in 2016.
