Next Step Pathways

Supporting children, young people and adults through residential care, supported living, education, therapy and crisis placements across the UK.

At Next Step Pathways, we understand that every person has their own story, challenges and goals. That’s why we build support around the individual, rather than expecting the individual to fit a service.

We provide residential care, supported living and emergency placement services for children, young people and adults with a range of needs. Whether someone requires a long term placement, crisis support, or help towards greater independence, our teams are committed to providing the right support at the right time.

Alongside our residential and supported living services, we offer a wraparound approach that includes education and therapeutic support tailored to individual needs. As an ASDAN accredited provider, we are committed to helping young people develop skills, confidence and opportunities that deliver positive outcomes.

Our services include:

• Children’s Residential Care
• Supported Living
• Crisis and Emergency Placements
• Transition and Step Down Support
• Solo and Specialist Placements
• Transition to Independence Pathways
• Education and Therapeutic Support

Partnership is central to what we do. We work closely with local authorities, social workers, healthcare professionals, commissioners and families to create safe, stable environments where people can make progress and thrive.

Our teams support complex needs through:

• Emergency Placements
• Trauma Informed Practice
• PACE Approaches
• Positive Behaviour Support
• Safeguarding Focused Care and Support
• 1:1 Through to 5:1 Staffing Arrangements

With national coverage and flexible placement options, our focus remains the same: providing high quality support that helps people move forward.
