Next Step Sales Management brings clarity, scalability and high performance in Senior Housing occupancy, including IL, AL, CCRC and SNF communities. Our system is based on extremely clear communication, on a weekly basis, of exactly the information you need to know where your occupancy is headed. Our reporting process makes it clear to everyone, including the front line sales teams, what needs to happen for self-correction and improved performance.

Next Step Sales Management is a time-tested and simple-to-understand sales process with measurement tools to constantly guide activity toward the right priorities to 'fill the building'. It takes the guesswork out of occupancy forecasting and allows your Executive Directors to quickly assess and make course corrections before occupancy dips hit. Our clients are able to keep their CRM systems and can leverage all previous investments in Sales Training--and it's inexpensive to implement.

At the heart of each campaign implementation is an exceptional coach. They work directly with your people in the field to make the most of the initial training sessions, and stick with your team through the transition. Next Step Sales Management coaches are experienced senior living professionals.

After the initial Next Step Sales Management Campaign, our clients partner with us for:
• quarterly onboarding workshops for new sales counselors
• onboard coaching and training for new leaders
• Next Step Board reporting tools fed directly by CRM data
• webinars and advanced, topic-based workshops
