Next Steps Physiotherapy is a specialist practice dedicated to providing personalised physiotherapy for individuals with conditions such as: traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, complex trauma, low awareness conditions, paediatrics and all other neurological or musculoskeletal conditions.

We serve a broad area, including Cheshire, Staffordshire, Manchester, Liverpool, the West Midlands, Shropshire, Lancashire, and North Wales, and welcome both self-referrals and case-managed clients.

Therapy is delivered in clients' homes or community settings. We go above and beyond by thinking outside the box - incorporating unique activities like climbing, wild swimming, and paddleboarding into treatment plans to enhance motivation, engagement, and enjoyment. 

We pride ourselves on a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach, working closely with psychologists, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, and care teams to provide holistic treatment tailored to each client’s unique needs. 

Our team of 15 highly skilled physiotherapists and 5 physiotherapy assistants, with advanced training in neurological, musculoskeletal, and complex trauma practices, offers an extensive range of services, including:
