John Carpenter has a strong background in data and analytics, with a focus on sourcing and recruiting niche IT talent for international clients. John has held the position of European Lead - Data & Advanced Analytics Practice at Next Ventures since 2023. Prior to that, they served as Senior BI & Data Lead - Europe at InterEx Group from 2021 to 2023. John began their career as Data Engineering Lead - Europe at Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd from 2019 to 2021.
