Kyle Vyas has extensive work experience in the IT recruitment industry, spanning over two decades. Kyle is currently serving as the Executive Vice President at Next Ventures, a global IT recruitment business with a focus on cloud & infrastructure, development & integration, data, SAP, and business applications. Prior to this, they held various roles at Motion Recruitment Partners, including Executive Director of Enterprise Business Development and Recruiter/Lead Recruiter/Team Manager/Division Manager. In these roles, they assisted both candidates and companies in finding the right IT professionals and filling mission-critical positions. Kyle's expertise lies in specialized tech recruitment and they have a proven track record of success in the industry.
