Next Wave is a creator commerce and influencer strategy consultancy helping brands grow through TikTok, creators and Live commerce. Brands work with us when they want deeper expertise in how TikTok and creator-led content can drive real commercial impact. Alongside strategy, we deliver practical workshops and capability programmes that help teams create better content, run stronger Lives and build repeatable, high-performing creator operations.

Our approach blends strategic planning with platform-native execution. We help brands understand how influence works today, design content systems that feel natural to TikTok, and build influencer or Live commerce programmes that strengthen engagement and accelerate performance.

Next Wave was founded by Yenan Wang, a Founder & Principal Consultant whose background spans agency, platform and leadership roles across influencer marketing, TikTok LIVE and creator operations in Europe. This experience gives us a grounded, 360° view of what it takes to make creator-led growth scalable inside real organisations.

Clients partner with Next Wave when they want a specialist who can translate creator behaviour into strategy, content and Live execution that drives measurable outcomes.

If you're exploring TikTok, creator commerce or influencer performance, we’d love to support your next step.
