Evan Lee is an operations-focused leader with nearly a decade of experience in eCommerce, logistics, and supply chain management. In their current role as a Business Development Manager at Next3pl, Evan brings a commercial lens to operations, having previously held the title of Operations Improvement Manager. They founded and co-founded two businesses, The Hungry Collective and The Little Athlete, gaining valuable insights into building and scaling operations. Before this, Evan worked as a Logistics Controller at the Australian Turf Club and held various roles that honed their skills in warehousing and fulfilment. Their background as a professional athlete has instilled in them a grit and accountability that they apply to their work across cross-functional teams.
