Customer Experience Agent at Nextail

Antonio Paci's work experience begins in 2007 as an IT Support Analyst at Hewlett-Packard. Antonio then joins PayPal in 2008, starting as a Risk Operations Agent and later becoming a Protection Services Agent on the Offline Task Team. In 2013, Antonio moves to UBS and works as part of the eCommerce Client Support Group in Switzerland, providing technical production support for strategic E-Commerce applications. After a year at UBS, they join Symantec in 2014 as a Customer Care Representative, serving as the first point of contact for global customers and partners. In 2022, Antonio joins Nextail as a Customer Experience Agent.

Antonio Paci obtained a Master's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the University "G. D’Annunzio" in Chieti – Pescara, between the years 1998 and 2006.
