Robleh D. Kirce

Robleh D. Kirce is an experienced professional in leadership training and consulting, currently serving as Managing Partner at NextArrow since January 2023. Previously, Robleh held a position as Leadership Trainer and Coach at LifeLabs Learning from 2015 to 2022, focusing on developing impactful managerial skills for prominent companies. Additional roles include Project Manager in Human Resources for the City of Issaquah, Founder of Kirce Coaching & Consulting, and Consultant at Real Time Development Strategies, all contributing to expertise in leadership development and organizational improvement. Robleh also served as Director of Events at The Center for Leadership Research & Development and provided consulting services to Swedish Medical Center.
