John Bottomley

Global Head of Customer Support at Nextbase

John Bottomley has extensive experience in customer service and operations management. John is currently the Global Head of Customer Support at Nextbase, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they were the Head of Customer Experience at Social Energy from 2021 to 2018. Before that, they were the Head of Customer Contact at Ecotricity from 2018 to 2017 and the Senior Manager of Customer Service, Support and Incident Management at NGA Human Resources from 2017 to 2013. From 2013 to 2007, they held various positions at West Unified Communications Services, including Senior Operations Manager Customer Support, Senior Operations Manager - Delivery, and Operations Manager. John also held the position of Operations Manager (FTC) at Santander Bank, N.A. from 2013 to 2007. From 2007 to 2013, they were an Operations Manager at Lloyds Banking Group, managing PPI review operations of 50 FTE to quality and productivity targets.
