Teagan Cliff has three years of work experience. In 2021, they began working as a Human Resources Administrator for Nextbase. Prior to that, they worked as an Administrator for Hillview Medical Practice starting in 2020. In 2018, they started their career as an Apprentice HR Assistant for Ashford and St. Peter's Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Teagan Cliff is currently attending Farnborough College of Technology, where they are studying Human Resources Development.
