Felix Alvarez

Felix Alvarez brings valuable experience in the medical field, currently serving as a Medical Assistant at NextCare Urgent Care since October 2012. Responsibilities include triaging patients, performing ECGs and phlebotomy, assisting providers in procedures, conducting daily quality assurance of lab results, and providing patient care and follow-up. Previously, a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Intern at Mountain Vista Medical Center from November 2013 to September 2014, Felix performed various ultrasound studies, assisted in procedures, and educated patients and families about imaging processes. Felix holds an Associate of Science degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography from Sanford-Brown College-Phoenix and a Medical Administrative Assistant degree from Everest College-West Los Angeles, complemented by a high school diploma from Coachella Valley High School.
