Will O’Meara

Will O’Meara is an Associate Consultant at OC&C Strategy Consultants in Australia, where they have been contributing since 2025. Previously, Will completed a Winter Internship at EY Port Jackson Partners and a VC Investment Internship at Sprint Ventures in 2023. They also served as a Growth team member at Flashback and as a Data Analyst for KulturShift, where they developed a marketing analytics tool for Hermès-owned Shang Xia. Will holds a Bachelor of Advanced Business (Honours) in Finance and Accounting from The University of Queensland, as well as experience studying at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
