Matt Foley is a startup founder and advisor with over 20 years of expertise in customer discovery, helping organizations innovate based on customer insights. They began their career at Harris Interactive and went on to launch a UX/CX consulting firm and co-found PluggedIN, which was acquired by Edelman. Currently, Matt is the founder of FocusGroupIt and QualNow, and serves as Managing Director of Startup Incubation at NextCorps, coaching startups in the product ideation and discovery process. Additionally, Matt has contributed to regional startup accelerators and has lectured at various universities on customer discovery. Outside of work, they enjoy mountain biking and snowboarding in the Finger Lakes Region of New York.
