Esther Smyth

Esther Smyth is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in construction and infrastructure law. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at NEXTDC since January 2022, Esther previously worked at Herbert Smith Freehills for two decades, progressing from Solicitor to Senior Associate. Earlier in the career, Esther held a Solicitor position at DLA Piper, specifically within construction litigation. Esther Smyth graduated from The University of Queensland with a BA LLB in Arts Law in 1999.
