James Noble, CSP, SSHO, is a seasoned HSSE and PSM professional with extensive experience in refinery operations, petrochemical operations, and major capital projects. Beginning their career as a Process Operator at Dow Chemical, they held various roles for nearly a decade, establishing a strong foundation in safety and compliance. James has since served in leadership positions for notable companies like Sempra LNG and HPCL-Mittal Energy Limited, contributing to significant energy projects across multiple continents. They are currently pursuing a Certificate in Organizational Leadership at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad while working as a Senior HSSE Manager at NextDecade.
