At Bechtel Corporation, Caldwell served as a commissioning lead from July 2024 to April 2025. Caldwell previously held the position of operations shift manager at Gulf Chemical from May 2010 to January 2017, gaining valuable experience in supervising workers, scheduling personnel, and ensuring the achievement of production goals. Transitioning to Freeport LNG, Caldwell worked as an operations team lead from January 2017 to May 2024, specializing in the C3 MR liquefaction process and successfully commissioning three liquefaction trains.
