Melissa Miller

Melissa Miller has extensive experience in training and development. Melissa most recently worked as the Director of Training at NextDecade starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Training Manager at Cheniere Energy, Inc. from January 2020 to March 2023. In this role, they were responsible for managing and leading a multi-disciplined training team and ensuring the alignment and improvement of training programs across the organization. Before Cheniere Energy, Inc., Melissa was the Learning and Development Manager at Stewart Title from November 2016 to June 2018. Melissa managed and coordinated team activities and developed learning strategies to meet organizational needs. Melissa also has experience in instructional design, holding positions such as Global Manager, Instructional Design Services and Instructional Designer at National Oilwell Varco. In their instructional design roles, they worked closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop and implement training programs. Melissa started their career in the US Navy as a Work Center Supervisor and later became a Training Supervisor at the Electronic Attack Weapons School.

Melissa Miller pursued their education starting in 2011 when they attended Brandman University and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Organizational Leadership. In 2012, they furthered their education at the University of Houston, where they completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resource Development in 2013.
