Thomas Waybright

Thomas Waybright currently serves as Senior Director of Operations at NextDecade, a position held since October 2022. Prior experience includes managerial roles at BHE GT&S overseeing LNG Operations and Maintenance from November 2020 to October 2022, and various management positions at Dominion Energy from July 2016 to November 2020, including Manager of LNG Operations. Thomas also worked as Operator A at Mark West Hydrocarbon from August 2014 to July 2016, focusing on midstream cryogenic processing of shale gas. Earlier in Thomas's career, roles included Shift Supervisor at Grant Town Power Plant, a waste coal CFB power plant from 1993 to 2014, and Machinist Mate in the US Navy from 1986 to 1992, with responsibilities centered on engine room operation and maintenance.
