Christy Wang

Christy Wang, CPA has a strong background in financial reporting and technical accounting. Christy is currently working as a Sr. Manager of SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting at Nextdoor since June 2022.

Before joining Nextdoor, Christy worked at Castlight Health from 2016 to 2022. During their time there, they held several roles, including Senior Manager of Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting from March 2020 to June 2022, Manager of Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting from August 2018 to February 2020, and Sr. Technical Accountant from April 2016 to July 2018.

Prior to their work at Castlight Health, Christy served as a Senior Tax Accountant at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. from July 2015 to April 2016.

Christy began their career at Frank, Rimerman + Co. LLP in September 2011, where they worked as a Senior Tax Associate until June 2015.

Throughout their various roles, Christy has gained expertise in SEC reporting, technical accounting, financial reporting, and tax.

Christy Wang, CPA received their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Lincoln High School from 2003 to 2007. In August 2013, they obtained their Certified Public Accountant certification from the California Board of Accountancy.
