Ying Yao

Ying Yao is a product design leader currently at Nextech Systems, where they lead design strategy for revenue cycle management software and reporting tools. With a decade of experience in delivering high-value digital experiences, Ying has previously held roles at notable companies such as Honeywell, where they led the discovery-to-launch of a significant enterprise software suite, and YAH Agency, where they established design processes as a UX team of one. Ying is also a co-organizer of Ladies that UX Atlanta and serves as a global mentor on ADPList, actively contributing to the design community through mentorship and event hosting. Ying holds a Bachelor of Science in Computational Media from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
