Andrew T. has worked in various roles in the sales and marketing industry since 2011. In 2011, they were a Corporate Sales Intern at the Pittsburgh Penguins, where they developed the award program "Pens Points" and gained invaluable work experience in marketing and sales. In 2012, they interned at Fischer & Company, a commercial real estate company, and participated in a market study for a fortune 500 client. In 2013, they were a Manager of Partnership Sales and Development at the Pittsburgh Penguins and a Sales Director for DoD/Civilian at NexTech Solutions LLC. In 2017, they founded Bayhill Defense and currently serves as President.

Andrew T. began their educational journey at Central Catholic High School from 2004 to 2008. Andrew then attended the University of Pittsburgh from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Marketing. Finally, they attended the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance/Marketing.
