Doug Horn

Doug Horn is a Managing Director at Clairvest, where they focus on sourcing and evaluating new investments while empowering entrepreneurs to build strategically significant businesses. They have served on the boards of various organizations, including MAG Logistics, NexTech Solutions LLC, and Winters Bros Waste Systems. Doug also holds the position of Adjunct Professor at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management, teaching Private Equity and Entrepreneurial Finance, and was awarded the 2024 Rotman Teaching Award. They earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Toronto, an MSc in Global Affairs from New York University, and a BA in Political Science from McGill University.
