Joe Rech

Joe Rech has over 17 years of experience in the information technology industry. In 2021, they began working as a Senior Cyber Security Engineer IV at NexTech Solutions LLC, where they are responsible for obtaining an Authority to Operate (ATO) using the Risk Management Framework (RMF) accrediting system, and understanding the Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) and System of Record Notice (SORN) process. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at the Henry M Jackson Foundation as a Senior Information Systems Technology Manager and the Information Technology Project Manager for the Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) Smartabase program. Joe was responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the Smartabase Program. From 2004 to 2018, they worked at DISA as a GCDS Project Manager, overseeing and managing all current on-going projects for four (4) different GCDS services. Joe also made contact with each individual customer on a recurring basis and ensured GCDS was meeting their expectations as outlined in the Letter Estimates and Service Request Agreements.

Joe Rech attended Jones Law School from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree in Law.
