Taryn Elledge

Taryn Elledge has a diverse background in human resources, currently serving as an HR Business Partner specializing in Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist functions at NexTech Solutions LLC since July 2025. Previously, Taryn held similar positions at Remington Firearms (RemArms) and was responsible for compliance in addition to talent acquisition from February 2022 to July 2025. Taryn's earlier experience includes roles as a Human Resources Manager at Futaba Corporation of America and Remington Arms Company, where Taryn oversaw HR functions at the Huntsville campus and in R&D. Taryn began the career at Emerson Network Power - Avocent, progressing from Executive Administrative Assistant to Senior Human Resources Generalist. Taryn holds a degree from Athens State University.
