Tim Higgins

Tim Higgins is the Director of Operations at NexTech Solutions LLC, a role they have held since 2024. They previously served in the US Navy as a Communications/Electronics Officer from 1978 to 1999 and held various leadership positions at Rome Research Corporation, including Director of Communications Programs and Director of Business Development & Marketing from 2004 to 2012. Their earlier experience includes supervising a training and installation team at Baker Installations from 1999 to 2002 and instructing military communications at JHT, Inc. from 2002 to 2004. Tim earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Saint Leo University between 2004 and 2006.
