William Lester

William Lester began their career in 2005 as the Digital Media Department Head for Hillcrest Baptist Church. In 2006, they moved on to OfficeMax as a Technology Salesperson. In 2007, they joined LTI DataComm as a Project Manager and CAD Technician. In 2015, they transitioned to Integrio Technologies LLC (formerly Spectrum Systems) as a Director of Project Management and Project Manager. Finally, in 2016, they became the Vice President of Engineering, Director of Advanced Solutions, and Technical Program Manager for NexTech Solutions LLC.

William Lester has a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Phoenix, which they completed in 2019. William also has an AAIT in Information Technology/Networking from the University of Phoenix, which they completed in 2010. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including a Six Sigma Yellow Belt in 2014, a Scrum Fundamentals Certified in 2013, a Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI in 2013, a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance in 2021, and an ITIL Foundation from EXIN.
