Rick Gunn

Rick Gunn has worked in the engineering field for over 25 years. From 1995 to 2001, they worked at Xetel, first as Equipment Engineering Manager, then as Process Engineer, and finally as Customer Engineer. During their time as Process Engineer, they were responsible for leading the SMT area, developing and qualifying new processes, implementing a Precontrol Quality System, and more. In 2001, they moved to Xetel Dallas as Engineering Manager, where they managed multiple engineering groups, streamlined operations with the Austin site, and brought two systems online. Finally, from 2002 to present, they have been VP of Engineering / CTO at Nextek, Inc.

Rick Gunn has a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences in Engineering Technology from Texas State University and has studied Advertising and Marketing at Texas Tech University.
