Christophe ADAM

Christophe Adam is a seasoned Property and Technical Manager currently overseeing the real estate portfolio at Nextensa since December 2017. They have managed various aspects of property management, including budget supervision and project renovation, while also guiding external project management efforts. Prior to Nextensa, Christophe held several key positions at DTZ and PROgéna, where they specialized in technical management and energy project management. Their academic background includes a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Université catholique de Louvain, complemented by extensive research experience in energy management in buildings at the Université de Liège and Fondation Universitaire Luxembourgeoise.
