Jon Bonello

Jon Bonello is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Principal Attorney at NextEra Energy, Inc. since February 2024. Prior to this role, Jon worked as Corporate Counsel at Bluegreen Vacations from April 2022 to February 2024. Previous experience includes positions as a Corporate and Transactional Associate at Polsinelli and as a Corporate Attorney at Quarles & Brady LLP. Early in Jon’s career, a Judicial Externship under Chief Justice Labarga at the Florida Supreme Court was completed, alongside a Summer Associate position at Quarles & Brady LLP. Jon holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Florida State University College of Law, earned in 2017, and a Bachelor's degree from Florida State University, obtained in 2013.
