Randall Fields

Randall Fields is a Nuclear Engineer II at NextEra Energy, Inc. since August 2015, specializing in risk mitigation through failure mode effects and analysis (FMEA), and hazard modeling techniques, leading to significant cost savings. Fields has streamlined engineering evaluations and facilitated proposal packaging to solidify statements of work agreements. Previously, as a Nuclear Engineer Associate, Fields earned certifications in Engineering Personnel Training and Six Sigma, while supervising mechanical engineers and maintaining compliance with environmental specifications. Fields has also worked on aerospace projects during tenure at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and gained valuable experience as an Engineer Intern at URS | CH2M Oak Ridge. A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering was attained from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in 2015.
