Ryan Springer

Ryan Springer has extensive experience in the nuclear energy sector, holding positions such as Fix It Now Manager at Exelon Nuclear and Regulatory Exam Author at NextEra Energy Resources. From June 2001 to June 2007, Ryan served as Electronics Technician First Class in the US Navy, specializing in reactor controls. Following military service, Ryan held multiple roles at Energy Northwest, including Senior Reactor Operator and Work Week Manager, and contributed to Exelon from 2008 to 2016 as a Senior Reactor Operator. Currently, Ryan is the Fleet Reactor Services Project Manager at NextEra Energy, Inc. and has been the President of Springer Season since April 2018. Education includes a degree in Nuclear Operations and Electronic Engineering Technology from the Navy Nuclear Power Program.
