Jack Walsh

Jack Walsh is an accomplished professional in business development with extensive experience in project management and engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Nextern since July 2018, Jack has successfully managed strategic plans for key accounts and collaborated on maintaining a robust sales pipeline. Jack’s previous roles at Nextern included Business Development Manager and Project Sales Engineer, where responsibilities involved guiding product concepts to commercialization while overseeing project budgets and timelines. Jack's earlier experience includes coaching at The LumberYard Hockey and Sports Center and serving as an Associate Project Manager II at Metropolitan Mechanical Contractors, along with a role as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Emanuelson-Podas, Inc. Jack holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics and Engineering Physics from Gustavus Adolphus College, complemented by a strong foundation in math and sciences from Hill-Murray School.
