Robin Chen

Robin Chen is an experienced manufacturing professional with a strong background in project engineering and new product introduction. Currently serving as a Manufacturing Manager at Nextern since September 2021, Robin previously held the role of Senior Project Engineer at Nextern Medical Technologies, focusing on the development and mass production of pneumatic compression treatment devices and other medical technologies in collaboration with US R&D teams. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Program Engineer at Compart Precision (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd, where Robin managed the transition of new product projects into mass production, and as a New Product Introduction Engineer at Kaomeng Machinery (SZ) Co., Ltd, responsible for pre-production trials and successful transfers to mass production. Robin holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics from Jingchu University of Technology.
