Ryan Feltz

Ryan Feltz has extensive work experience in supply chain management and operations. Ryan currently holds the position of Director of Operations at Nextern since July 2023. Before that, they served as the Director - Global Supply Chain at Nextern from January 2022 to July 2023. Prior to joining Nextern, Ryan worked at Land O'Lakes, Inc. where they held multiple roles including Purchasing Manager - Ingredients from January 2016 to August 2019 and Commodity Manager - Energy from June 2014 to January 2016. Ryan also served as a Senior Buyer - Packaging, Senior Materials Planner (MRP), Packaging, Transportation Planner, and Inventory Planner (DRP), Finished Goods during their tenure at Land O'Lakes, Inc. Additionally, Ryan held the position of Business Analyst, Merchandising at Target from June 2005 to June 2007.

Ryan Feltz has an MBA in Supply Chain/Operations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. Ryan earned this degree from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, Ryan also obtained a BA in Marketing from the University of St. Thomas, which they completed between 2001 and 2005. In addition to their formal education, they obtained an Energy Certificate from The University of Texas at Austin in May 2015.
