Deborah Smith

Deborah Smith is an experienced Senior Claim Analyst with an extensive background in preparing and submitting cargo claim presentations for both domestic and international transportation. Since July 2003, Deborah has been with Nexterus, handling claims related to loss, damage, shortage, or delay, while also maintaining database files and following up on investigations. Prior to this role, Deborah worked at TBB Supply Chain Guardian Service from July 2003 to March 2016, where responsibilities included preparing cargo claims and maintaining database files as a Certified Claims Professional. Earlier experience includes serving as a Production Supervisor at Games Workshop Ltd from 1996 to 2001.
